14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order or return the product within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Please send the item back within 14 days after you inform us.

We refund the full price, including any original shipping cost, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until we receive the item back or proof that you have sent it. The refund is made with the same payment method you used.

The cost of sending the item back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please return the projector complete, with its USB cable. You may try the product, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it more than necessary to check it.

30-day NoelSky guarantee

If your projector stops working within 30 days of delivery, we send you a new one or refund you in full. Just send us your order number and a short description (a photo or short video helps).

Legal guarantee

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Customers in the European Union also have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for faulty products.
